Do I need Pilates or weight lifting experience to join?

Is this program safe if I have prolapse, diastasis recti, or recently had a hysterectomy?

Absolutely! Move to Heal was created specifically for women dealing with core and pelvic floor concerns. The workouts are gentle, restorative, and focus on building strength without stress or strain.

Can I do this program if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?

Yes! This is actually perfect for you. The workouts and wellness strategies inside Move to Heal are tailored to support women navigating hormonal changes.
