Rebuild Your Core and Pelvic Floor with Self-Paced Programs and Expert Guidance for Women
Hi, I’m Dr. Dawn Andalon! I’m a physical therapist, Pilates instructor, and pelvic floor specialist, but more importantly, I’m someone who’s deeply passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies.
Before co-founding LEVEL4 PT & Pilates in San Diego, I worked for Nike WHQ with the athletic population using my fitness and physical therapy background to help active people get back to their chosen sport. As a former dancer and gymnast, I’ve always loved movement, and I bring that passion into everything I do—whether it’s helping a new mom recover after childbirth or empowering a woman in her 50s to feel amazing in her own skin.
Over the years, I’ve authored three books, hosted the Women’s Health Happy Hour podcast, serve as a medical advisor to a national women's fitness company and created a YouTube channel that’s helped over 15,000 women reconnect with their strength and wellness. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be—whether that’s rebuilding your body from pregnancy to post-menopause, overcoming pelvic floor issues, or simply moving through life without pain or worry.
You deserve to feel incredible in your body as a woman, and I’d love to help you get there!

Real reviews from some of our happy clients
Taylor U. - San Francisco, CA
I am so glad I found Dr. Dawn! I am a retired ballet dancer and mom of 2 and have had back pain on and off for over 10 years. Before having kids, I saw many very reputable physical therapists who helped a little bit but when the few exercises they gave me didn't solve my problem, they didn't have any other solutions and tried to pass me off to someone else. I was reluctant to try something else and thought I had tried every back exercise out there but within the first few weeks of working with Dawn, my back felt stronger than it has in years.
Ashley V. - Murrieta, CA
I've been struggling with my belly after I had my child (over 4 years ago). My doctors told me that is where I carried my fat and to get over it or have a tummy tuck. After seeking advice through the best Facebook group out there another member, I connected with Dr. Dawn’s course and it was worth it. She gave me hope that my belly wasn't just fat but I had Diastasis Recti (ab separation) and a weak pelvic floor.
Marissa K - Carlsbad, CA
Dr. Dawn has been a lifesaver for me post-partum! I worked with Dr. Dawn after having my third and fourth children to correct diastasis recti, strengthen my pelvic floor, and strengthen my core overall. Dr. Dawn also did a great job helping to restore strength in other areas of my body (LOTS of butt strengthening!) for eventually running post-partum. I am quite sure that my post-partum recovery after baby #4 was much quicker/less severe diastasis because I had already been working with Dr. Dawn from the prior pregnancy. I highly recommend her for new moms who are looking for a full recovery post-partum and want to feel like themselves again!
